When desired, AGD can provide interior design services only, when an Architect of Record is not required. AGD assisted through coordination with Landmarks and the client’s Board while assisting the contractors in acquiring simple permits for Limited Alteration Applications (LAA’s), Ordinary Repairs, demo limited to 45SF per RCNY, and Electrical work which did not require a Design Applicant (Architect) of Record, and instead overseeing the project as a Designer only rather than AOR.
